SPOILERS BELOW YO.

First off, I friggan love this series.
Secondly I friggan love Carlo Barberi, he's my male anatomy GOD. I really need to do some studies using his works! I can't even word out how much I love this guys artwork, his musculature, expressions and lines are phenomenal. Joe Mad is on top for me, but the more work I see from Barberi the more he's fighting for top spot in my art brain food chain. And also, for the record, I do realize Barberi didn't work on issue 54. I just felt the need to talk about the bajillions of other issues he's rocked. And...yeah...he draws the sexiest men.

Anyways. So. Pretty Wade. Thoughts?
I don't like it. He's too pretty.
I wish Barberi had done these issues. Don't get me wrong, Ale Garza has a pretty fun style. But it just lacks in emotion and variation compared to Barberi. Personal taste perhaps.
In any case, I figured Wade would be bald. Why wouldn't he be? Did it just grow INSTANTLY once that magic potion of normality was injected? "I've created a serum that nullifies healing factors AND cured Baldness, MEH HEH HEH I'm SO AWESOME"  
Seriously... I figured he'd look like he does normally when he is shown without his mask, but without the scars. Pretty sure eye color changed from a grey to blue...but this could be debated depending on the artist. I've even seen him with brown.

I just pictured him to be harder, a stronger nose and thicker brow bones. Perhaps its just an artist thing and if they switch back to Barberi he'll get the look I feel he should have had.
Also. Who else lost their lady boner just a tiny bit at the fact that he's a normal pretty boy now? Silly question, I think I'm the only one left that likes harder looking men and not bishi types. .___. oh also INDESTRUCTIBRUUUUUUUUuuu-aaannnddd gone.  

I'm curious what they have planned for him now, quite a twist. I hear the next issue is out??? Buuutt our comic shop is full of fail and I can never seem to get the new issues. I caught up while in Vancouver before my procedure thingy (got some transformer comics too! HEE!)

As for lifey things....I got a flu at the moment. I think the stress of travel and the procedure made my immune system even more like that of a Quarian. So....trying to work on commissions with flu-brain. Poo brain. The only thing coming out is concept blobs and thumbnails. Go me. I'm taking ALL the healthy supplements. Probiotics, prebiotics, reishi mushroom, shakeology, turmeric, vitamins and eating FRUIT AN VEGGEEYS. C'mon system, UTILIZE AND DESTROY YOU STUPID DICKBUTT. You can do itttttt!!! HGGGNNNNN
